Stock structures with your printed paper base or sleeve start at 3,000–5,000 pcs per size. Fully custom tooling (new die-cut or new blister mould) starts at 10,000 pcs per SKU because a dedicated mould is produced. Mixed-size containers can be combined in one 20ft container load to reach volume.

Which materials do you use and are they food-contact safe?

We run food-grade virgin white cardboard and kraft board from 250–400 gsm, grease-resistant coated board for baked goods, and food-grade PET / rPET sheet from 0.25–0.45 mm for lids, trays and carry boxes. Material declarations, food-contact compliance reports (FDA / LFGB style) and SGS third-party test reports are issued per batch on request.

How long are sampling and mass-production lead times?

Existing-mould samples ship in 3–5 working days; printed pre-production samples take 7–10 working days including plate making. Mass production is normally 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval, depending on quantity, printing process and season.

Can you print our brand logo, Pantone colours and multi-language labels?

Yes. We offer offset CMYK and Pantone spot-colour printing, hot-stamped gold or silver foil, matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, embossing and silk-screen printing directly on PET. Nutrition panels, barcodes, recycling marks and multi-language text are typeset by our in-house pre-press team and confirmed with a digital proof before plates are cut.

How is packaging shipped and which ports do you use?

Most PET boxes and paper trays are shipped flat-packed or nested to reduce cubic volume and freight cost. We load from Shantou and Shenzhen ports under FOB, CIF or DDP terms and prepare the full export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and food-contact declaration.
